Images to PDF: what to know
Combine images into a single PDF right in your browser. Add JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF or SVG files, arrange them in the order you want, and each image becomes one page. Nothing is uploaded, so scans of IDs, receipts and personal documents stay on your device.
Choose the page size: Fit makes every page exactly the size of its image, while A4 and US Letter place each image centered on a standard page, scaled to fit, with no margin or a small or large one. Orientation can follow each image automatically, so wide pictures get landscape pages, or you can force portrait or landscape.
Upright JPG photos go into the PDF as they are, with no extra compression. Other formats are converted to a high-quality JPG first, or to PNG when they contain transparency, and very large images are scaled to 6000 pixels on the long side to keep the PDF manageable. iPhone HEIC photos are handled on our sister site, JustYourImage.
Popular uses
- Turning phone photos of documents into one PDF to email or upload
- Combining receipts for an expense report
- Making a simple portfolio or photo booklet
- Sending screenshots as a single file
Tips for the best result
- Pick A4 or US Letter if the PDF will be printed; Fit is best for screen viewing.
- Add a small margin so printers don't cut off the edges of your images.
- Crop and straighten photos of paper documents before adding them for a cleaner PDF.
